I reside in Portland, Oregon.
My name is Katherine, and I have been designing websites since 1997, and
professionally since 2000.
I have designed and maintained websites for nonprofit organizations, government utilities, commercial businesses, musical groups and fan sites.
My rates are not posted here because each website is completely unique. Estimates may be reached after discussing the scope of each project. I do charge a flat hourly rate, as I believe that is the best way to serve both the client and myself. It's honest for everyone.
